Brighton Leasehold Advice Clinic

The aim of BLAC is to offer a free, , initial, reliable advice service for those with legal difficulties involving residential, long leasehold property (ie. greater than five years) in the Brighton area. Such problems might be in the area of service charge disputes, issues concerning major building works, management concerns, lease interpretation, administration charges and rent reviews.

This service is offered by the College of Law in association with volunteer lawyers. All students from the College of Law are supervised by qualified College staff and the lawyers involved in the project.

Clinics are held once a month between October and April
