Areas of law normally covered: include Local authority / Public Housing, Private Housing, Employment, Small Claims, Consumer, Family, Immigration, and General Litigation. However it is essential to ring beforehand to confirm which areas will be covered at any particular Clinic night.
NOT covered: wills, probate or debt.
Clinics offer one-off legal advice (but not representation) and are run on a drop-in, first-come first served basis. The Clinic can get very busy so we cannot guarantee that everyone will be seen. You may wish to arrive early but please note that doors do not open until 6.30 pm.
